Hello and welcome to Northcourt Lodge, our warm and friendly home in Reading. My name is Revathy, I joined this beautiful home in 2007 as a Registered Nurse. Since then, I have been given the opportunity to develop into the Registered Manager where I have remained in post for the past 10 years.
Our commitment to our residents is to deliver high-quality, individual care in a nurturing and engaging environment so that our residents can live happy and truly meaningful lives.
I am passionate in supporting my team to provide outstanding quality care to make a difference and enhance the lives of the individuals, we are privileged to care for.
I understand that choosing a care home for either yourself or a loved one can be a daunting experience which is why our doors are always open inviting you to come and visit us anytime where myself or any one of my team are here to help answer all your questions.
We look forward to welcoming you to Northcourt Lodge.
